We have a production capacity of 2000kgs/ day. We knit different styles like S/J, L/J, I/L, S/R, L/R, loop kits/terry (2T, 3T), and any self-design as per buyer requirement. Machines "Mayor & Cie, Unitex, Smart, Tarot.
With this setup, Roll washing & garments washing like silicon wash, Enzyme wash, CPL wash, Bio-wash, and Softner wash are possible & met to the buyer's quality requirements.
To bringing the length and width to pre-determine dimensions and also for heat setting and it is used for applying finishing chemicals and also shade variation is adjusted. The main function of the stenter is to stretch the fabric widthwise and to recover the uniform width.
A 6 carbon brush peaching machine and a double drum raising machine are being used to achieve these effects. We have a production capacity of 5000 kgs/day
We have Tubetex shoe compaction and Sintec Felt compaction machines with 30,000kgs/day production capacity, which is capable of controlling the dimensional stability & shrinkage up to 25%.
With 8 leg & 12 leg screen printing machines, We can achieve different types of print like Pigment prints, NON-PVC, CMYK.
We have a garment production unit and in-house infrastructure to support our production to produce high-quality garments and deliver on time. With 110 state of art sewing machines and all the necessary equipment and staff, we are able to produce up to 1,80,000 pieces per month for basic styles and up to 1,10,000 pieces per month for fashion-oriented styles.
